Ultralight Pilots Association of Canada national Convention

The Ultralight Pilots Association of Canada held their annual convention in Bright Ontario August 19, 20, and 21. Unfortunately mother nature dished out hurricane force winds and rain for the first two days of the convention.

None the less a number of pilots flew in while others came by car.

A number of forms were held including a weight and balance session, System Safety, an introduction to Trikes and regulatory updates.

Camping was available on the grounds for those staying over, and a barbeque was held after the general meeting on Saturday.

A number of ultralight dealers and schools also had displays of aircraft and were giving intro flights when weather permitted.
