Aircraft Pilot is a directory of aircraft that generally fit
into what are described as ultralight aircraft, advanced ultralight
aircraft,
light sport aircraft, experimental light sport aircraft, experimental
aircraft, amateur built aircraft, ELSA or homebuilt
aircraft in the United States and Canada. These include
weight shift aircraft, more commonly known as trikes,
powered parachutes, and powered para-gliders.

Xenon meets the very strict French Ultralight category
standards and is currently undergoing approval for the

FAA Regulations Update-July
2008
New FAA regulations governing
gyroplanes went into effect on January 31, 2008. Prior to
the change we had 10 Xenons registered in the US. In order
to register new factory built gyroplanes we need a waiver
from the FAA which we have applied for and we will need to
fully comply with all of the new ASTM standards that apply
to gyroplanes. We now do not expect an answer from the FAA
until sometime in 2009. Any news will be posted here.
We will not be taking any new
orders until we get FAA approval and are ASTM compliant.
Many people have asked about
Xenon kits- The FAA is also in the process of changing the
regulations regarding experimental kits. A draft of the
regulations was published by the FAA in July of 2008.
